What You ll Do
- Evaluate develop and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility strength and overall function.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises treatment goals and progress.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation to support care plans and compliance standards.
What You ll Need
- Education: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensure: Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Kansas.
- Certification: Current CPR certification.
- NicetoHave: Experience in an inpatient rehab setting.
