Job Description
Our esteemed client an established company is searching for a Workshop Technician (Heavy Vehicle Maintenance):
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles (diesel commercial and electric & hybrid vehicles) while ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
- Minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to align with workshop service standards and job orders.
- Report unusual repair problems to the Team Leader and provide recommendations for major repairs and replacement parts.
- Adhere to defined guidelines concerning safety cleanliness and organization within the workshop.
- Complete work orders for each vehicle and unit serviced ensuring accurate records of work performed.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in automotive service repair.
- Previous experience working on diesel vans and 10foot trucks is advantageous.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools to interpret and resolve fault codes.
- A meticulous approach to maintenance and repairs ensuring all work meets high standards.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues effectively.
- Strong understanding and commitment to workplace safety practices and protocols.
Additional Information
- Working Location: Senoko (Company pickup provided at Admiralty MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 .25 days Mon Fri (8:30am 5:30pm) / Sat (8:30am 12:30pm)
- Salary: Basic up to $2500 OT Twice Yearly Bonus

Overtime is payable. ($200 to $800 / mth or 50hrs OT on average)
Basic from $2100 to $2500 (salary will commensurate with experience)
