Job Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective channel management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through distribution channels.
- Monitor sales performance of distribution partners and provide necessary support to achieve sales goals.
Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and risks within the industry and distribution network.
- Analyse competitors activities and market trends to inform strategic planning.
- Develop and implement channel marketing programs to drive demand creations and increase market share.
Channel Partner Development
- Identify any onboard new distribution partners to expand the companys market reach in the electronics components sector in Singapore.
- Conduct due diligence and evaluate potential partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of partnership agreements.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Business Management Planning Product Marketing Customer Service Logistic & Warehouse and Accounts to align efforts and achieve business goals.
- Participate in team meetings provide market insights and contribute to strategic activities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partners.
- Provide regular trainings and support to partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by partners promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs provide tailored solutions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Business Meetings/negotiation and Customer Visitations
- Handling complaints executing the follow up needed for complaints received from customers.
- Handle Product Portfolio Management activities.
Product Expertise
- Maintain an indepth understanding of the companys electronic components portfolio.
- Provide technical support and training to distribution partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in the electronics components sector.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities customers & prospects pipeline status.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review and attend sales meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering Business (Marketing & Sales) or a related field.
- Proven 35 years experience in sales business development or channel management roles within the electronics components industry.
- Strong understanding of distribution channel dynamics and management techniques.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Resultsdriven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Singaporean market and business environment.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5900 AWS VB (Around 2 Months)
