Job Description

Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Service Improvement & Process Optimization Specialist:

Job Responsibilities

  • Apply continuous learning to improve dealer operations effectively.
  • Use critical thinking and analytical skills to identify problems supported by key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with stakeholders and distributors across Asia.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Training is provided.
  • Eager to learn quickly and receptive to feedback for selfimprovement.
  • Strong skills in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in handling numerical data for analysis and generating reports.
  • Willingness to travel work onsite at dealerships and workshops and commit to extended hours when needed.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 4200 AWS VB (3 5 Months)
  • Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
