Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Service Improvement & Process Optimization Specialist:
Job Responsibilities
- Apply continuous learning to improve dealer operations effectively.
- Use critical thinking and analytical skills to identify problems supported by key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with stakeholders and distributors across Asia.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Training is provided.
- Eager to learn quickly and receptive to feedback for selfimprovement.
- Strong skills in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in handling numerical data for analysis and generating reports.
- Willingness to travel work onsite at dealerships and workshops and commit to extended hours when needed.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4200 AWS VB (3 5 Months)
- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
