Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and development of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) ensuring alignment with IB standards and practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance curriculum delivery academic strategies and faculty development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students parents staff and the broader IB community.
- Oversee MYP authorization processes evaluations and curriculum reviews.
- Facilitate professional development and mentoring programs for MYP educators.
- Promote an inclusive valuesbased educational environment.
Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Bachelors degree in a relevant teaching field (Masters degree preferred).
- Fully qualified teacher with appropriate certifications (e.g. B.Ed or equivalent).
- IB MYP training and certification preferred.
Experience
- Experience as an MYP Coordinator or Academic Coordinator.
- Proven teaching experience within the IB MYP framework
- Familiarity with the IB MYP authorization or evaluation process is a strong advantage.
