Job Title: Senior BackEnd Engineer (Fluent in English)
Company: Client Company
Location: Hybrid (Lahore Pakistan) Remote OnSite (required inoffice every other day)
Compensation: $3100 $4500 per month (performancebased level increases)
Working Hours: US Time Zone (Night Shift in Pakistan)

We are a fastgrowing company seeking a highly skilled Senior BackEnd Engineer to join our team in Lahore Pakistan in a hybrid setup that combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaboration benefits of inoffice presence.
Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned backend engineer with expertise in Django (Python) AWS and AIdriven projects (e.g. LLMs like ChatGPT or LLaMA). The ideal candidate also has experience developing SaaS products with integrated billing modules. This role requires inoffice presence every other day in Lahore Pakistan to foster collaboration while retaining the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Django (Python).
- Develop and optimize integrations with billing modules and payment gateways for SaaS platforms.
- Architect and deploy solutions on AWS leveraging services like Lambda S3 EC2 and RDS.
- Lead the development of major product features and ensure their successful delivery.
- Implement AIdriven features utilizing LLMs and machine learning frameworks.
- Collaborate inoffice with team members to brainstorm and align on product goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews participate in technical discussions and drive architectural decisions.
- Maintain high coding standards rigorous testing and detailed documentation.
Ideal Candidate
Experience:
- 7 years of experience in backend development with a focus on SaaS products.
- Expertise in Django (Python) and scalable system design in AWS environments.
- Handson experience with billing modules (e.g. Stripe PayPal or custom solutions).
- Proven experience in AIdriven projects involving LLMs like ChatGPT or LLaMA.
- Experience with integrating OpenAI APIs would be a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of database management and optimization (MySQL).
- Familiarity with APIs thirdparty integrations and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services.
Collaboration & Mindset:
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment balancing remote autonomy and inoffice collaboration.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
