Position Overview
We are hiring a Polishspeaking Customer Advisor to provide topnotch support to our Polishspeaking clients from our office in Athens Greece. As a Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact assisting customers with their inquiries and delivering exceptional service. This onsite position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problemsolving building relationships and working in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls emails and chat inquiries from Polishspeaking customers.
Provide accurate information about products services and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically.
Update customer records in the system with detailed and accurate information.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex issues.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards.
Follow company protocols policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English for internal communication.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfirst mindset.
Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work onsite in Athens Greece.
Teamoriented with a positive attitude and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
