Do you have experience as SEO Specialist/ Team Lead and looking for a managerial job opportunity to develop your skills
In this SEO Manager role you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings drive traffic and improve the companys digital presence particularly in the financial services sector.
The role includes managing a team of SEO professionals and working crossfunctionally to ensure seamless integration of SEO with broader marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to increase search engine visibility and digital reach.
- Lead the SEO team by setting objectives monitoring performance and adjusting tactics to maximize outcomes.
- Conduct indepth keyword research tailored to the financial market targeting highvalue search terms.
- Optimize website content landing pages and paid search copy to boost rankings and improve user engagement.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure all materials are SEOoptimized while maintaining quality standards.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics SEMrush Moz and Ahrefs to evaluate strategy performance and refine approaches.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends tools and technologies with a focus on the financial services industry.
- Partner with department heads to align SEO initiatives with overarching business and marketing goals.
- Manage the SEO budget effectively ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on SEO progress outcomes and initiatives to stakeholders.
Requirements
- BA Degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of SEO experience with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated experience in the Forex and/or Fintech sector is essential.
- Expertise in current SEO practices and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush Moz and Ahrefs.
- Proven success in developing and implementing SEO strategies that deliver measurable improvements in traffic and revenue.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
