Tasks
You will support our Work Architects as your mentor in driving key projects ensuring efficient execution and high organizational standards:
Project Management Support: Coordinate and track tasks to ensure timely delivery of each milestone.
CrossFunctional Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between diverse teams to drive alignment and collaboration.
Preparation of material and presentations: Organize and deliver high quality content for Clevels meetings following our method.
Adapting to Dynamic Environments: Execute tasks quickly and effectively in a fastpaced and everchanging environment.
Proactive Task Execution: Identify and solve problems autonomously to keep projects on track.
Requirements
We are looking for organized communicative and resultsdriven talent who can thrive in highpressure fastpaced environments.
You will excel in this role if you have:
Experience in project management support or operations roles.
Strong organizational skills with a proficient command of Excel.
Outstanding communication skills to engage large teams and confidently interact with Clevel executives.
A handson proactive mindset with a strong focus on problemsolving.
Fluent English and Spanish (French and German are highly valued).
You are based in Spain
