What Youll Do
Coordinate Comprehensive Care: Serve as the main point of contact for patients managing highvalue multiyear treatment plans ($125k) with precision and care
Support Patient Journeys: Guide patients through consultations followups and treatment schedules ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
Drive Membership Growth: Promote and sell practice memberships helping patients access exclusive benefits and services
Master Front Office Duties: Handle patient checkins and checkouts ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint
Grow Into Case Closures: Train to confidently close cases and support patients in making informed treatment decisions
Collaborate with a Stellar Team: Work alongside skilled professionals in a practice renowned for innovation integrity and excellence

What Were Looking For
Strong Dental Background: Significant experience in a dental office including familiarity with treatment plans and patient care coordination is required
