Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales and Tech Sales Representative fluent in Arabic to join our team in Athens Greece. In this role you will be responsible for selling cloudbased services upselling to existing clients ensuring client retention and managing contract renewals. Your primary focus will be sourcing contacting and engaging prospective and existing clients via outbound calls and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Activities: Effectively present and sell the companys cloud services to potential clients.
- Upselling and Renewals: Engage with current clients to propose upgrades and ensure timely contract renewals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Lead Generation: Source new leads and connect with potential customers via outbound communication.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the companys growth objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales is required.
- Previous experience in cloud services or tech sales is a significant advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problemsolving ability with a clientcentric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using CRM tools and cloudbased sales platforms is a plus.
