What Youll Do:
As an RN in our Medical Surgical Inpatient Care unit you will:
- Provide highquality nursing care to a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor assess and evaluate patient conditions ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients and their families on posthospital care and recovery.
MustHaves:
- Education: Associate of Science Degree in Nursing (ASN).
- Licensure: Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
- Certifications:
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
- ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience: Three years of current critical care RN experience.
- Certifications: CMSRN certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years of hire).
