Key Responsibilities:
Oversee endtoend project management for fasttrack fitout projects ensuring timely delivery within scope budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients designers contractors and suppliers to align on project goals milestones and deliverables.
Develop monitor and adapt project schedules to respond effectively to evolving challenges and requirements.
Supervise onsite progress ensuring work complies with design specifications safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
Foster clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders to achieve project objectives seamlessly.
Lead teams with a goaloriented mindset resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing fasttrack fitout projects preferably in restaurants retail or shopping malls.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
Flexibility to manage unforeseen changes while maintaining a solutionsdriven approach.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and manage client relationships effectively.
