Job Title: IT Quality Engineering Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Quality Engineering Specialist to join our clients team. This role involves participating in the design and implementation of automation frameworks and test cases for missioncritical Payments products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and testing Javabased applications integrating components and ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in technical design and development of applications using Java and Selenium/API technologies.
- Develop and test functions and application components ensuring integration with frameworks and backend systems.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects and automation leads to implement automation strategies.
- Drive Agile adoption and efficiency in quality practices reducing testing cycle times.
- Develop documentation artifacts and support various testing phases (Unit Functional Performance).
What we are looking for:
- 10 years of experience in Java/J2EE application development with strong knowledge of J2EE components and services.
- Proficiency in Java J2EE JavaScript JDBC HTML and Spring framework.
- Experience with test automation tools like Jenkins Selenium Grid and familiarity with BDD/TDD.
- Strong understanding of SQL PL/SQL and database fundamentals (Oracle).
- Ability to innovate and evolve quality engineering techniques in product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in software engineering computer science or related field.
- A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in financial services is a plus.
