Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle SCM Application Lead/Architect to join our clients dynamic team in Austin TX. In this hybrid role you will play a critical role in leading and managing the Oracle EBS environment ensuring optimal performance and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Oracle EBS environment including system administration upgrades and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to endusers on Oracle EBS SCM modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design develop and implement integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EBS.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design development testing and deployment.
- Stay current on the latest Oracle EBS technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- 710 years of experience in leading and managing Oracle EBS environments.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS integration for Supply Chain Finance and Manufacturing processes.
- Handson experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementation.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- US Citizenship or Green Card required.
