Job Description
We are partnering with a leading organization to find a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Lead/Architect. This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and onsite work in Austin TX.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and architect complex Oracle EBS R12 implementations including functional design system requirements gathering and process transformation.
- Oversee system cutovers and ensure smooth transitions to new systems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders developers and testers to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including design documents user manuals and training materials.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay current with the latest Oracle EBS R12 technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 810 years of experience in leading and architecting Oracle EBS R12 environments.
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12 functional implementation system requirements process transformation and system cutovers.
- Strong foundation in financial and accounting principles.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
