Our client is a company specializing in managing largescale sporting events offering services like ticketing accommodation hospitality transportation and IT solutions. The company values precision and adaptability as it handles complex operations across global sports events.
The company is seeking a charismatic enthusiastic experienced and motivated Scrum Master to help guide and lead our crossfunctional teams as they build and maintain our highly visible (worldwide) and highquality Ticketing Hospitality and Accommodation core systems and ecommerce channels.
Profile Requirements
Enthusiasts of social sciences and human behavior are encouraged to apply.

A rock star at facilitating Agile ceremonies and implementing frameworks for continual improvement of team collaboration and productivity.
Proven track record of felicitating delivery of projects on time.
Adept at identifying and removing obstacles that impede team progress.
Empathetic enthusiastic and a positive thinker.
Strong communicator and a problemsolver.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) (nice to have).
Accustomed to being the point person responsible for understanding the big development picture at every moment.
Always in tune with teams velocity capacity strengths and weaknesses.
Accustomed to guiding highperforming multicultural teams.
Accustomed to working in English.
Must have a native language of either Spanish or English. Being fluent in both is a distinct advantage.
