Job Description
Role:
As a Business Analyst you will lead the requirements work and guide other Requirements Analysts. You will mentor fellow Business Analysts and Requirements Analysts throughout the assignment and also educate Operations staff in the field of Requirements. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the requirements work is wellstructured and aligns with the needs of the initiative.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders including Chief Product Owners Product Owners Architects Tech Leads Project Managers and Managers to gather and analyze business needs translating them into functional specifications and system requirements. If necessary you will also write technical requirements such as protocol specifications.
You will take charge of coordinating and driving refinement work and you will communicate with stakeholders at all levelsfrom business and operation experts to Product Management architects development teams QA and subject matter expertsto define requirements and scope. Additionally you will manage requirements throughout the entire product life cycle.
Essential requirements:
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst demonstrating expertise in the field.
- Experience working with complex systems and/or large/complex projects thriving in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across various areas.
- A technical background (technical education and/or experience working as a developer or tester) ensuring you can understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a structured approach and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks/projects under tight deadlines.
