Our team comprises over 600 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices located in Vilnius Lithuania.
We are in search of a talented Filming Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate team for the YouTube channels Woosh! and Zoom GO. We specialize in creating fun and easily understandable content for young viewers worldwide focusing on American culture. Take the chance to work on fun video projects that showcase your talents and leave a lasting impression on our global audience.
What You Will Do:
- Planning and coordinating video production for the current and following day ensuring all departments are prepared and all aspects are in place;
- Creating the call sheet for the next day;
- Managing documentation during the preparation phase of filming;
- Coordinating processes during the production stage;
- Collaborating with other Coordinators on daily planning;
- Effectively managing priorities and workload while working closely with the team to meet production and delivery deadlines;
- Communicating with and booking actors and freelancers handling their wages schedules and any related issues;
- Identifying and securing appropriate filming locations and animals.
What We Expect:
- Experience in television or film/video production is a plus;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Quick and effective problemsolving abilities;
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs;
- Ability and eagerness to work as part of a team;
- Exceptional attention to detail.
