Role overview

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the value of our products to both technical and business audiences. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for technology a knack for storytelling and a desire to work at the forefront of cloud and Kubernetes innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling product positioning messaging and value propositions tailored to target personas including IT Ops DevOps and platform teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Sales and Customer Success teams to translate technical features into business value.
  • Create highimpact marketing materials such as sales decks white papers case studies and blog posts.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends in Kubernetes cloud databases and containerized workloads.
  • Drive product launches and manage crossfunctional implementation plans.
  • Support sales enablement through training competitive battle cards and use case collateral.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine positioning and identify growth opportunities.

      Requirements

      • 25 years of experience in product marketing or related roles in the technology sector.
      • Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud computing platforms (AWS GCP Azure).
      • Nice to have: Good understanding of cloud databases caching and database management systems.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
      • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
      • Experience in creating product marketing content that drives engagement and conversion.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience in B2B SaaS cloud infrastructure or DevOps tools.
      • Familiarity with Kubernetes ecosystem tools (e.g. Helm Prometheus) and cloudnative architectures.
      • Bachelors degree in Marketing Computer Science or a related field.
