Job Description
-
- 20 years' experience mainly in the contractor's side
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering Construction Management)
- Preferred additional qualifications (RICS CIOB CCM)
- Oversee the preparation and submission of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
- Monitor and manage project budgets ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Review and approve variations ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements.
- Lead the valuation of works completed onsite and ensure accurate cost reporting.
- Analyze and forecast project financial performance including cash flow and profit margins.
- Coordinate and verify subcontractor payments and cost claims.
- Prepare and present detailed commercial reports to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks across ongoing projects.
- Support the negotiation and agreement of variations and claims with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of project costs and financial documentation for accuracy and completeness.
