Job Description
- 8 years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing successful design solutions for complex systems preferably within retail or supply chain management.
- Experience in designing of user friendly intuitive and engaging and visually appealing web responsive portal.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback ensuring the solution aligns with business goals and user expectations.
- Conduct extensive user research with relevant Category Management and Procurement team members and application users to understand their workflows pain points and requirements.
- Strong understanding of analytics and data visualization principles with experience designing reporting tools or dashboards.
- Develop and refine user personas and journeys ensuring the solution caters to varied user needs across all category groups.
- Ability to quickly prototype ideas create wireframes low and highfidelity designs.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to implement designs.
- Experience of managing and mentoring other designers
