Job Description
Product is PlantPulse in EIS Digitial Solutions:
PlantPulse is for early detection of emerging damages for the avoidance of further secondary damage and early organization of workforce and spare parts. So to turn unplanned downtime into planned downtime detection of inefficient operating conditions and enable targeted root cause analysis.
Tasks:
Envision a holistic product user experience that supports users in performing tasks while satisfying business requirements and observing technical constraints
Translate requirements into annotated wireframes screenflow diagrams and complete design compositions
Create visually crisp and flawless graphics / designs and UX concepts
Execute strong interaction design and visual design principles
Lead brainstorming and rapid iterations on a variety of ideas using wireframes and sketches

Deliver Pixel Perfect UIDesigns
Skills:
Strong knowledge in user modeling interaction and interface design principles and concepts as well as usability testing principles and methods.
Clear understanding of usercentered design lean UX and design thinking
knowledge in planning and conducting user research user testing A/B testing rapid prototyping heuristic analysis usability and accessibility concerns
Ability to transform user and system requirements into GUI screen layout and patterns in a lean UX environment.
Deep understanding of various UX tools and creation styles Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environment experience. Adobe creative cloud Adobe Script. In general: Mastery of current tools that are necessary to produce designs/wireframes.
Expertise in the following technologies: HTML5 CSS and web standards JavaScript.
Ability to work and communicate effectively in an international distributed team setting
