Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Lead Senior Engineer to join our team. As a founding engineer you will be responsible for designing and building the core technology that powers our product. You will work closely with the founding team to understand the developers needs and build a technical roadmap that aligns with our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Lead the creation of our user interface delivering an intuitive and valuable experience for our business clients.
- Technical Leadership: Make critical technical decisions and play a pivotal role in developing a robust scalable product.
- FullStack Development: Oversee the fullstack development process ensuring highquality usercentric solutions.
- Team Management: Mentor and manage a growing team of developers enhancing their technical skills and contribution to project sprints.
- Innovation: Work with climaterelated datasets carbon computing models and dataprocessing algorithms. Youll have the freedom to propose and select cuttingedge tools and technologies that push the boundaries of whats possible.
Requirements
- Have 5 years of experience in software engineering preferably in startup environments and B2B SaaS.
- Are fluent in English both spoken and written for clear communication with our global team.
- Are proficient in JavaScript with experience in the PERN stack (PostgreSQL Express.js React Node.js) or similar frameworks.
- Are driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the climate and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Have built interesting business use cases with recent LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Thrive in the dynamic pace of an earlystage startup being proactive handson and adaptable.
- Approach problems with a firstprinciples mindset breaking down complex issues to their fundamental truths to find innovative solutions.
