Job Title: SAP OData Gateway and Mobile Services Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP OData Gateway and Mobile Services Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP technologies including OData SAP BTP and mobile development frameworks. This role will involve designing developing and implementing innovative mobile solutions leveraging SAPs powerful suite of tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- OData Service Development:
- Design and develop OData services using SAP Gateway to expose SAP backend data to mobile and web applications.
- Create and maintain OData metadata and service definitions.
- Implement OData service security and authorization mechanisms.
- Optimize OData service performance and scalability.
- SAP BTP Mobile Services:
- Utilize SAP BTP Mobile Services to create and manage mobile applications.
- Configure mobile application security push notifications and offline capabilities.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend systems using OData services.
- Deploy and manage mobile applications on various platforms (iOS Android).
- Mobile App Development:
- Develop native or hybrid mobile applications using frameworks like SAP Fiori Client SAP Mobile Platform or thirdparty tools.
- Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive and userfriendly.
- Integrate mobile applications with OData services to access and manipulate backend data.
- Test and debug mobile applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of SAP OData protocol and SAP Gateway.
- Experience with SAP BTP and its mobile services capabilities.
- Proficiency in mobile development frameworks (e.g. SAP Fiori Client SAP Mobile Platform Cordova React Native).
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript).
- Experience with backend technologies (ABAP).
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) and SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP UI5 and SAPUI5 Fiori elements.
- Experience with mobile application security and authentication mechanisms.
