Job Description
Job Title: IAM Architect
Interview: Virtual
Job Duration: Open Ended
Job Location: 100% Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced IAM Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing enterpriselevel Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Top Requirements:
- Big 4 Consulting Experience:
- Must have prior experience working with one of the Big 4 consulting firms.
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills:
- Ability to sell and communicate IAM solutions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Daily collaboration with IT and business teams across the US and Europe.
- Proven experience working with European partners.
- 10 Years of Experience with Major IAM Platforms:
- Expertise in tools like Entra ID Saviynt and SailPoint.
Technical Expertise Required:
- Indepth knowledge of IAM frameworks protocols and standards including:
- SAML
- OAuth
- OpenID Connect
- SCIM
- Strong understanding of Directory Services and Federation Technologies such as:
- Active Directory
- Entra ID
- LDAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Design Identity Management Solutions:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of IAM solutions including user provisioning system integrations RBAC/ABAC authentication mechanisms and access governance.
- Collaboration and Roadmap Development:
- Work within the broader architecture group to create IAM roadmaps aligned with business goals and security requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
- Develop detailed architecture documentation to guide execution and implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Present and advocate IAM solutions to senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination between IT business units and European partners.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with Entra ID Saviynt and SailPoint.
- Expertise in IAM standards like SAML OAuth OpenID Connect and SCIM.
- Proficiency in Directory Services: Active Directory Entra ID and LDAP.
- Prior experience in Big 4 consulting.
- Proven ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with European partners is a must.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
