Position Overview:
We are seeking a Growth Marketer with a deep understanding of wealth investment strategies and real estate portfolios. This role will focus on driving client acquisition engagement and retention through strategic marketing initiatives that fuel Liviti s growth. The ideal candidate will combine creativity analytical thinking and a resultsdriven mindset to scale our impact in generational wealth creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Develop and execute growth strategies to attract new clients interested in building and managing their real estate investment portfolios.
Campaign Strategy: Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital social email and content channels to promote Liviti s wealth management services.
Content Marketing: Create compelling and educational content (blogs case studies videos webinars) to engage clients on topics such as generational wealth real estate investment and financial planning.
Performance Marketing: Oversee paid advertising efforts monitor ROI and optimize campaigns to meet acquisition and conversion targets.
DataDriven Insights: Analyze performance metrics generate insights and recommend actionable strategies for continuous growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Product and Client Success teams to align marketing efforts with client needs and business goals.
Brand Positioning: Strengthen Liviti s brand presence as a thought leader in real estate investment and wealth creation.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3 years) as a Growth Marketer Digital Marketer or similar role with a focus on wealth management investments or real estate.
Strong understanding of generational wealth concepts and real estate investment strategies.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition conversion optimization and campaign management.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools including CRM systems analytics platforms and ad management tools (e.g. HubSpot Google Analytics Meta Ads).
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the wealth management or real estate industry.
Background in performance marketing or growth hacking techniques.
Knowledge of SEO SEM and content marketing best practices.
Experience hosting webinars workshops or events related to investments.
