Location: Various locations across Saskatchewan
As a Litigation Lawyer you will represent clients in legal disputes handling all aspects of litigation from initial case assessment to trial. You will work on cases involving commercial disputes regulatory challenges and other corporate matters ensuring the best possible outcome for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court arbitration and mediation proceedings.
- Prepare and file legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases.
- Advise clients on litigation strategies and potential outcomes.
- Negotiate settlements and manage dispute resolution processes.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar.
- 4 years of experience in litigation with a focus on corporate law.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent advocacy and negotiation abilities.
