Job Description
Job Title: Mathematics Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Instruction:
- Deliver lessons on various mathematical topics including algebra geometry trigonometry calculus statistics and arithmetic.
- Prepare lesson plans based on the school s curriculum and teaching guidelines.
- Ensure that lessons are interactive engaging and suited to the learning levels of students.
- Employ diverse teaching methods including traditional visual and digital tools to enhance students understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments assignments and quizzes.
- Deliver lessons on various mathematical topics including algebra geometry trigonometry calculus statistics and arithmetic.
Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Handle classroom disruptions appropriately and maintain a respectful atmosphere.
- Encourage student participation and foster critical thinking skills.

Assessment & Evaluation:
- Design and grade formative and summative assessments (tests assignments projects) for students.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic performance.
- Track students academic progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and conduct periodic reviews and exam preparation sessions.

Curriculum Development & Lesson Planning:
- Develop adapt and modify the curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Ensure that lesson plans align with the academic standards and the school s educational objectives.
- Participate in curriculum review and planning meetings.

ParentTeacher Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Attend parentteacher meetings and discuss individual student performance.
- Provide recommendations for student improvement when necessary.
