Location: Various locations across New Brunswick
As a Contract Manager you will oversee the drafting negotiation and management of contracts for the company. You will ensure that all contracts are compliant with legal standards and protect the company s interests while also managing relationships with vendors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft review and negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
- Resolve any disputes or issues related to contracts.
- Work closely with legal procurement and business teams to ensure contract alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in law business administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in contract management preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
