Job Description
The AMT will lead a team of division managers in conducting precise inventory audits for our clients. They will oversee daytoday operations in the region maintain high service standards manage profit and loss assist with hiring and training/development and ensure client satisfaction by closely monitoring the results of the audits conducted by their team. Please review the key responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Convenience Store Experience or Customer Service experience
- 2 years of Division Manager experience with Quantum Services or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Skills: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Communication skills Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, work on knees, stand, squat, and bend down, and stand on feet for long periods of time Ability to work in different temperature environments (freezers, coolers) Willingness to travel (Travel is based on location and you could be traveling a couple hours to get to client locations) Education: High school Diploma or GED *Must have access to WIFI!! Laptop will be provided to send and receive daily audit report *Must be able to pass a motor vehicle check and maintain a valid driver s license and active car insurance Check out this link for a quick overview of the position!
