Job Title: Hindi Primary Resource Teacher (PRT)
Job Overview:
The Hindi PRT is responsible for teaching the Hindi language to primarylevel students enhancing their language skills in reading writing speaking and listening. The teacher should create an engaging learning environment design effective lesson plans and assess student performance to ensure that the curriculum is being met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning & Delivery:
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in Hindi that are ageappropriate for primary students.
- Create and implement lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to the needs of different learners.
- Use a variety of teaching methods such as storytelling games and interactive activities to promote language learning.
Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a positive learning environment.
- Organize seating arrangements manage time efficiently and ensure that the students are engaged in the lesson.
- Handle classroom issues such as student conflicts or disruptions effectively.
Assessment & Progress Monitoring:
- Regularly assess students understanding and progress through assignments quizzes oral tests and other evaluative methods.
- Provide feedback and guide students in their learning process.
- Prepare and maintain student records including progress reports and attendance.
Student Support:
- Provide individual attention to students who may need extra help.
- Foster a love for the Hindi language and encourage students to use it in daytoday conversations.
- Promote the development of reading and writing skills in Hindi through regular practice.
Curriculum and Resources:
- Follow the prescribed curriculum and ensure it is effectively delivered.
- Suggest or create additional resources such as worksheets charts and multimedia tools to support learning.
- Stay updated with new teaching techniques and resources to improve the learning experience.
Parental Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Address any concerns parents may have about their childs learning in Hindi.
Requirements
Any Graduate with B.ed
Minimum 2 years of experience as Hindi Teacher
