Job Description

To oversee the daytoday operations of the program ensuring smooth coordination of all administrative tasks communication with students faculty and external partners and maintaining organized records. The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Head of Program in managing all aspects of the programs execution ensuring it meets academic and administrative goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Coordinating & Sending emails to request quizzes schedules from all Program Heads.
  • Maintain any needed approvals for all requests directed by head of program.
  • Keep updated records of all program activities and update it on the system on daily basis.
  • Performing any other jobrelated duties as directed by HOP/ HOD.
  • Maintaining security and integrity at all practices.
  • Receives & Direct all Emails and monitor the department correspondences.
  • Receive program students and take their requests.
  • Contact external entities for different collaboration opportunities with the program.
  • Communicate and coordinate with different departments and units at the college.



Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Health Administration or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Certification or specialized training in program management or relevant fields is a plus.

Skills:

  • Experience in handling administrative duties and providing support in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities to handle unexpected issues and challenges.

Languages & Computer Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with relevant program management software and tools.
