Position Overview:
We are seeking four Remote Pharmacists based in the US (living in either Florida Wisconsin Indiana Illinois) licensed in Illinois to work for a premium client in the medical field. This is a fully remote/workfromhome position giving support to customers with a special and fairly limited role in providing/verifying verbal prescription orders over the phone with local clinics. Training will be provided and may have to occur on nights/weekends while the working hours will be during regular B2B hours ( 7:15 am CST and 6:15pm CST).

Essential functions:
- Review pertinent patient information and check appropriateness using clinical criteria.
- Practice and maintain the principles of utilization management by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Uphold clinical integrity of pharmaceutical solutions by participating in ongoing training programs to ensure quality performance in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Be available for consultation on pharmacyrelated questions to resolve claims submission related to medication edits.
- Provide optimum customer service through professional/accurate communication while maintaining NCQA and health plans required timeframes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Training Program:
- Short paid training fully remote.
Requirements:
- Current Illinois license for registered Pharmacist.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy
- 13 years experience
- Clinical experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills over the phone
- Good organizational skills.
Internet and Hardware Requirements:
- Internet: Broadband connection with Ethernetbased LAN.
- Processor: 1.8GHz upwards (64bit preferable).
- RAM: 8GB upwards.
- Storage: 10GB minimum.
- Resolution: 1920x1080 preferred.
- Headset: Wired USB.
- Operating System: Windows 10 or upwards.
