Job Description
* Preparing tables chairs service sets etc. before service
* Checking reservations and menus
* Preparing banquet buffet conference cocktail arrangements
* Welcoming customers
* Advising customers on food and beverage selection
* Taking food and beverage orders from customers
* Serving food and beverages
* Collecting the bill
* Receiving requests and complaints from customers and forwarding them to the authorities
Qualifications :
Preferably graduated from the Tourism and Hotel Management departments of colleges / universities
High communication skills
Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera system
Careful about appearance
High personal awareness
Experience in the service sector
Talented in organization
Careeroriented in the tourism field
Loves working in a team and is compatible with teamwork
Can be involved in social projects followed by the company
Preferably proficient in English.
