Job Description
Job Title: Life Insurance Underwriter Specialist
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Schedule: TBD
Compensation: $2750 $3500 USD/month 10% performancebased bonus
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Life Insurance Specialist with a focus on candidates from Latin America.
This role demands significant life insurance experience exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude. You will work closely with our team to support underwriting and client management processes leveraging your expertise in both local and U.S. life insurance markets.
Key Responsibilities

Leverage 5 years of life insurance experience (or a minimum of 3 years for candidates with exceptional potential) to analyze review and process client policies.

Apply knowledge of U.S. insurance markets gained through at least 1 year of experience with a U.S. company.

Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring high standards of service.

Use data analysis tools and methodologies to generate insights and enhance decisionmaking processes (knowledge of relevant tools is a plus).

Collaborate with a highperformance team to meet company and individual performance goals.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years in life insurance; open to 3 years for candidates with high potential and strong communication skills.

U.S. Market Exposure: At least 1 year of experience working with or for a U.S. company.

Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) and a proactive problemsolving mindset.

Technology: Familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.

Personal Traits: High IQ driven and a “gogetter” attitude valued over extensive experience.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $2750 $3500 USD per month.

Bonus: 10% performancebased bonus (hybrid of personal and company performance).

Equipment: Provision of necessary tools (e.g. computer) as needed.
