About the Role
We seek a motivated and resultsoriented individual to join our expanding global team. This is an independent role ideal for entrepreneurs who thrive on building pipelines and managing their CRM meticulously. Youll have the freedom to work remotely while contributing to a supportive global community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline accurately tracking progress in the CRM.
- Identify and explore new markets and client segments.
- Mentor and guide a team of aspiring entrepreneurs towards success.
- Actively participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven success in sales marketing or business development roles.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for personal and professional growth.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Desire to build and grow a highperforming team.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
