Primary Responsibilities of Customer Service Representatives

  • Offer prompt and effective customer service over the phone via email and in person.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a focus on satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and followup actions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
