The Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development team in Spain. In this role you will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to prospect new clients and generate qualified opportunities. As an advisor on sustainability youll assess prospects needs and provide tailored solutions. While prior sales experience is a plus we welcome candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow in a salesfocused role.

Please note that this role is based in Madrid Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver sales plans in conjunction with BDMs
  • Exceed daily weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Build and engage with prospecting lists across a variety of different channels including LinkedIn ZoomInfo and Salesforce
  • Follow up and carry out engagement steps according to each campaign
  • Outbound calls / social media / email and virtual meetings to prospects to qualify them and set up discovery meetings for the BD team
  • Maintain and update Salesforce records in line with agreed standards
  • Collect market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customer needs and effectively communicate those needs to the sales team and the wider business

Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in German and/or French
  • 1 2 years experience making outbound calls
  • Experience and comfort working in KPIdriven environments
  • Track record in exceeding KPIs and targets
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with new people
  • Understanding of personal KPIs and how they feed into sales plans and exceeding targets
  • CRM experience desired (Salesforce or any other)
  • Highly Desirable Experience in using Sales Engagement platforms (e.g. Salesloft Outreach Groove etc)
  • Experience in using data platforms for lead sourcing
