Your Job

Your mission is to drive business outcomes by acquiring developing and managing strategic publisher partnerships in the UK. This involves collaborating across teams to deliver measurable results that align with Sparteos broader goals.

To specify

Driving Publisher Acquisition

  • Strategically target UK web publishers: Focus on the small to medium publisher segment to secure longterm partnerships
  • Build trust and close deals: Leverage Sparteos solutions to demonstrate how we boost media value.

Scaling Publisher Relationships for Impact

  • Optimize performance: Collaborate with publishers to improve their monetization strategies through Sparteos innovative platforms (Actirise Viously etc.).

Creating Business Outcomes

  • Achieve T3level goals: Align publisher strategies with Sparteos overarching revenue and market penetration objectives.
  • Lead collaboration: Partner with crossfunctional teams (product analytics support) to ensure publishers see measurable results.

Market Expertise

  • Stay informed: Keep abreast of UKspecific web publishing trends regulatory changes and market dynamics.
  • Be the voice of the market: Provide actionable insights to Sparteos leadership team.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Proven track record in adtech business development with an established portfolio of small to mediumsized web publishers in the UK.
    • Expertise in sales cycles and negotiation within B2B environments.
    • Strong analytical mindset to craft and communicate databacked strategies.
