Role overview
Were looking for a Paid Media Account Director to improve the growth and success of paid social accounts while ensuring a sharply analytical approach to campaign execution and optimisation.
With an understanding of fullfunnel paid campaigns for B2B clients and performance marketing for B2C clients you will always find opportunities to improve account performance campaigns and implement databacked strategies.
You will report to our Managing Director.
We operate a hybrid remote model enabling you to work at least two days a week in the office and the remainder remotely within the UK.
As aPaid Media Account Director at Cubaka you will:
- Develop and implement datadriven paid media strategies for both B2B & B2C clients across main platforms including Meta TikTok LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Use indepth analytical techniques to identify trends ensure continuous optimisation and propose new testing strategies based on data insights.
- Communicate paid media best practices and technical processes to clients and team members ensuring alignment with our goals.
- Be a primary contact for clients focusing on understanding their goals and translating them into measurable paid social KPIs.
- Foster relationships with clients to manage expectations present performance insights and identify additional growth opportunities.
- Analyse main performance metrics such as reach impressions engagement rates ROI CTR and conversion rates and deliver actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Take ownership of financial planning revenue tracking and account profitability ensuring all client and agency targets are met.
- Use data to evaluate clientside opportunities and challenges and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Lead and linemanage a team of paid account managers.
- Mentor junior team members encouraging an initiativedriven datadriven approach within the team.
- Collaborate with creative analytics and strategy teams to ensure the campaigns are aligned and optimised for maximum performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends platform updates and technologies to inform and refine performance strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify areas of difference and increase account growth.
You will bring:
- At least 3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns for B2B and B2C clients.
- Expertise in working across main social platforms such as Meta TikTok LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Experience in interpreting complex data drawing conclusions and evidencebased decisions to enhance campaign performance.
- An understanding of financial tracking budgeting and account profitability.
