Your Role at Iver

We help our customers create a vision and roadmap for a modern and secure IT environment integrating areas such as cloud security and data to develop and manage services that enable innovation and efficiency. We are now seeking more Cloud Advisors who understand technology processes and organizationsand how these can be applied to deliver measurable business value.

As a Cloud Advisor you will be part of our cloud team working with clients across all customer and industry verticals. You will lead customer dialogues developing plans for implementing and evolving cloud services. You are a Tshaped professional capable of engaging in broad discussions based on your extensive cloud experience while diving into deep technical conversations when necessary.

Example Responsibilities

• Advising customers on adopting cloud technologies.
• Developing strategies and roadmaps for customers transitions to Ivers cloud solutions.
• Leveraging experience with infrastructure and platform services on Azure/AWS.
• Leading analyses and evaluations of customers existing IT environments.
• Preparing presentations and briefings for communication with senior executives.
• Driving internal service development including creating new services and improving existing ones.
• Identifying and implementing cost optimization strategies for cloud services.
• Ensuring cloud solutions meet security and compliance requirements.
• Educating and mentoring customer teams on cloud best practices.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for a Cloud Advisor who can combine strategic consulting and technical expertise to help our customers maximize the benefits of cloud technologies. In this role you will be a key player guiding our customers in identifying and implementing cloud solutions that drive real business value for their organizations.
You have proven experience in designing and implementing cloud technologies within companies either as a consultant or in a permanent role. You are accustomed to working with senior leaders (up to Clevel) setting visions and leading transformations toward the cloud. We believe you are a strong communicator skilled at simplifying complex IT concepts and understand the importance of teamwork in achieving goals.

We Think You Have

• Ability to create and align cloud strategies with organizational business goals and digital transformation objectives
• Proficiency in building Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses for cloud adoption
• Ability to design highlevel cloud architectures hybrid solutions and multicloud strategies
• Experience with rehosting replatforming refactoring and rebuilding strategies for modernization
• Indepth knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and their service offerings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both management and technical teams
• Familiarity with frameworks like Microsofts Cloud Adoption Framework or AWS WellArchitected Framework
• Understanding of agile methodologies and how DevOps practices integrate with cloud strategies
• A problemsolving mindset with the ability to navigate complex project environments.

Bonus Skills

• Relevant certifications; Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or similar

Location

Iver operates in 25 locations across Sweden and Norway. For this role we expect you to work from one of our offices in Stockholm Oslo Malm or Gothenburg.
