Job Description

    • 8 10 years' experience mainly in the contractor's side
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Construction Management Civil Engineering law)
    • Preferred additional qualifications (master's in construction law knowledge in FIDIC NEC JCT RICS)
    • Assist in preparing and reviewing contractual documents including contracts subcontracts and amendments.
    • Maintain and organize contract records and documentation ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
    • Support the preparation of claims and variations including gathering supporting evidence.
    • Monitor contract compliance and alert the Head of Contracts to any potential breaches or risks.
    • Assist in drafting and responding to contractual correspondence with clients subcontractors and vendors.
    • Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier agreements to ensure alignment with project requirements.
    • Support negotiations for contract terms variations and claims under the guidance of the Head of Contracts.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and risks are mitigated.
    • Prepare periodic reports on contractual status risks and opportunities for review by the Head of Contracts.
    • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
