Job Description Summary:
This role will see you provide support to both existing and future development programmes along with the configuration management (CM) requirements including but not limited to
Job Description:
- Identifying technical problems and applying/integrating solutions.
- Identifying improvements and support the creation of work instructions procedures technical manuals and guidelines
- Supporting the creation of technical solutions against customer requirements; input to bids and proposals within assigned programmes/projects.
- Acting as the configuration management support to the CM function on nominated programmes.
- Facilitating and maintaining Change Control Boards (CCB’s)
- Processing Engineering Coordination Memo (“ECM’s”)
- Creating and maintaining the CM plan(s) within the assigned programmes
- Management of the product data in the PLM system.
- Supporting or generating test specifications/plans and/or alternate means of compliance (analysis/similarity) as required to demonstrate design solution complies with certification requirements.
- Supporting technical and customer reviews including formal gate reviews; the creation and preparation of technical data and presentations of product design.
- Supporting the release of engineering design data and customer release data.
