Job Description

Performs procedures which require specialized training for general nursing care and related services for assigned patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Doctor (MD) in accordance with established policy. Participates in the planning for and provision of patient care. Uses knowledge of asepsis in performance of treatments such as sterile dressings irritations and cauterizations. Provides functional direction to ancillary personnel.
Requirement description :

1 year Home Health experience REQUIRED
Travel experience REQUIRED
Active and clear Drivers license and Car Insurance REQUIRED
Hawaii license REQUIRED
Homecare Home Base and OASIS REQUIRED
COVID and FLU vaccination REQUIRED will not accept declinations
Arrhythmia certification Preferred
Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)

Hawaii

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Rotating Weekends as needed (23 per month)
On Call Requirements : No Call
