We are seeking a dedicated Risk & Compliance Officer to join our Micro Retail division. In this role you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring risk management strategies ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a culture of integrity and safety. You will play a crucial part in safeguarding the banks operational integrity and ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Management Implementation:
Disseminate and enforce risk management policies and procedures focusing on operational and credit risks.
Fraud Prevention and Recovery:
Develop and execute antifraud strategies including detecting preventing and recovering from internal and external fraud.
Risk Analysis and Evaluation:
Perform risk assessments and evaluations proposing effective mitigation plans to manage operational and credit risks.
Business Continuity and Health & Safety:
Implement monitor and evaluate business continuity management (BCM) and workplace health and safety programs.
Audit Monitoring:
Track and ensure the completion of Management Improvement Plans based on internal and external audit findings.
Compliance Policies:
Promote and enforce compliance policies including Good Corporate Governance (GCG) antigratuities conflict of interest policies code of ethics and a culture of compliance.
AntiMoney Laundering (AML):
Oversee the implementation monitoring and evaluation of AML programs and procedures.
Fraud Detection and Early Warning Systems:
Develop and implement strategies for fraud detection including identifying early warning signs.
Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely reports related to risk and compliance management for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Risk Management Internal Control Audit or related fields (such as Public Accounting).
Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale).
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in Risk Management Audit or Compliance.
Financial Integrity:
No outstanding financial obligations (e.g. service bond penalties loans or creditrelated obligations).

Willingness to Travel:
Open to placement in any branch across the company network.
