Job Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through call chat and email adhering to defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to high standards of service delivery.
- Provide accurate tailored information about Marham services to meet customer needs.
- Foster meaningful customer relationships by personalizing interactions and demonstrating empathy.
- Identify and address patterns in customer inquiries escalating recurring issues to improve processes.
- Uphold company protocols and values in all interactions contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- Quick learning and identifying issues to grow the service
Requirements
This position is ideal for candidates with a customerfirst mindset who excel in creating positive and engaging experiences.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent. Any medical or healthcare degree is preferred.
- 12 years of experience in customer service preferably in chat or email support
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats or inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Empathetic patient and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts weekends or holidays if required.
