Job Description:
The Traversal Channel Capabilities tribe is seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong analytical skills. The squad focuses on document generation and distribution for both internal and external customers. You will join a dynamic Java development team with the following responsibilities:
- Provide support and advice on clientside/backend development and best practices.
- Analyze and develop document generation solutions.
- Collaborate with Lead Developers and Application Consultants to handle project feedback and propose new components.
- Write technical analyses and user guides.
- Support and advise on all document generation topics.
- Actively participate in testing phases.
Requirements
Language Requirements:
- English: Fluent written and spoken.
- French/Dutch: Knowledge is an asset.
Education:
- University degree or Master s preferably in IT.
Telework:
- 50% onsite and 50% remote.
Required Experience & Knowledge:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Broad experience with Java Spring OO REST SOA Selenium and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Continuous Delivery (DevOps) operating systems (Unix/Windows) and middleware configurations.
- Capacity and performance management expertise.
Preferred Experience:
- Integration experience with various technologies (distributed/mainframe) and infrastructure components.
Business Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of the banking sector.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to translate features and stories into software delivering business value.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Soft Skills:
- Dynamic proactive and autonomous with excellent teamwork abilities.
- Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently and coaching junior developers.
- Adaptable to different project methodologies environments and teams.
