The Speech Therapist (SLP) will play a key role in helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve personal growth. This position centers on developing and implementing tailored intervention plans that address each student s unique speech and language needs enabling them to succeed both academically and socially.

Collaborate closely with teachers parents and educational teams to enhance students academic progress and socialemotional wellbeing. Keep accurate records of student progress and prepare detailed reports for IEP meetings and administrative use. Support the integration of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) tools and strategies for students with complex communication needs. Engage in ongoing professional development to sharpen skills and stay current with advancements in the field of speechlanguage pathology.

Requirements

A Speech Pathology Master s degree is required for eligibility. Applicants must obtain a Professional Educator License (PEL) prior to beginning the role. Additionally holding a current Florida state license to practice SpeechLanguage Pathology is a key qualification.
