Production Manager
Location: York PA
Compensation: $115000 $150000 depending on experience

With six direct reports (three Production Supervisors and three Technical Experts) and a team of approximately 50 indirect team members this is your opportunity to drive safety process improvement and cultural transformation in a thriving organization.

Your Role:
As a Production Manager you will:
- Lead and Develop: Guide a team of three Production Supervisors and three Technical Experts to align with organizational objectives.
- Oversee Operations: Manage a team of 50 indirect reports to ensure safety quality and efficiency in production operations.
- Drive Improvement: Identify inefficiencies implement process changes and track measurable outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion Safety: Foster a zeroincident culture and prioritize safety initiatives across the team.
- Transform Culture: Act as a change leader to drive cultural transformation and inspire team alignment with company values.
- Collaborate: Partner with crossfunctional teams to meet production goals and maintain seamless operations.
Who We re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: Military or similar leadership experience managing diverse teams in highstakes situations.
- Veteran: Have served in the U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard Reservist or National Guard
- Operational Expertise: Proven track record in safety management process improvement and change management.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to analyze challenges make datadriven decisions and implement effective solutions.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and inspire teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Lean Expertise: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications
Required:
Leadership experience gained in the military or a similar environment with demonstrated success managing diverse teams in highstakes situations.
Proven expertise in safety management process improvement and change management.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
