Compensation: $115000 $150000 depending on experience

Your Role:
As a Production Manager you will:
- Lead and Develop: Guide a team of three Production Supervisors and three Technical Experts to align with organizational objectives.
- Oversee Operations: Manage a team of 50 indirect reports to ensure safety quality and efficiency in production operations.
- Drive Improvement: Identify inefficiencies implement process changes and track measurable outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion Safety: Foster a zeroincident culture and prioritize safety initiatives across the team.
- Transform Culture: Act as a change leader to drive cultural transformation and inspire team alignment with company values.
- Collaborate: Partner with crossfunctional teams to meet production goals and maintain seamless operations.
Who We re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: Military or similar leadership experience managing diverse teams in highstakes situations.
- Veteran: Have served in the U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard Reservist or National Guard
- Operational Expertise: Proven track record in safety management process improvement and change management.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to analyze challenges make datadriven decisions and implement effective solutions.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and inspire teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Lean Expertise: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
